Bio:
Sharadindu is currently pursuing a Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame, Indiana, USA, under Dr. Suman Datta from June 2021. He received his bachelor’s degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering and Technology (BUET), Bangladesh, in March 2016. He also received his master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Washington State University, in May 2021.
Research:
Sharadindu's current research focuses on Analog FeFET memory using superlattice structure.
