Bio:

Jishnu completed his Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Heritage Institute of Technology, in his hometown of Kolkata, and his Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Tufts University, in suburban Boston. Prior to joining Dr. Datta's group, he worked as a Process-Integration Engineer at GlobalFoundries.

Research Interests:

His current research interests include contact resistance engineering in scaled Silicon MOSFETs.
