Irish Graduate Student Anya Curran from Tyndall Institute Joins the Datta Group as Visiting Research Scholar

Anya Curran

Anya Curran, a P.h.D. student from the Tyndall National Institute in Ireland is currently working with Prof. Datta and his group at Notre Dame during the Spring and Summer 2020.
She has a degree in Chemistry from University College, Cork. While at Notre Dame, her work will involve optimizing the growth of semiconducting oxides thin films and the fabrication of devices. The work will also involve structural and electronic characterization of the semiconducting oxides films and full device structures.
